Saajan’s resolute belief in the effectiveness of collaboration, communication, and facilitation support the inevitable growth of self-managing, self-directing teams in any environment. He has led multiple SAFe and Agile Transformations and has provided team, program, and leadership coaching and training. Saajan holds several SAFe certifications and the biggest lesson he’s learned is that Agility is for everyone, not just IT.
